Overview

20 years ago software quality was determined by the skills of the programmers who worked mainly alone. Today, software quality is determined by how well a team works together, how well the project is managed, and the quality of the developmental tools or frameworks used.

This 9-hour workshop aims to enhance teamwork in technical teams and give participants a better understanding of the different personality traits in a team. Participants will be able to identify specific personality traits that are useful for different aspects of industrial projects and teamwork, and relate this to practical methods of selecting groups for projects (and for spotting signs of dysfunctional groups early).
