What Industry Experts Say?

“As a facilitator, I guess I did learn about facilitating, such as how to ask the right questions, how to get participants to reflect and to ask more appropriate questions; how to include the quieter ones and share stories of their own experiences to help them understand things that they learned, especially the success stories…”(Ex-Stepping On Leader A)

“I should tailor the exercises to fit their specific conditions, for example, spasticity management, functional use of the affected arm and some neuro principles, I think I need a bit of a refresher.” (Ex-Stepping On Leader B)
