Overview
Enterprise asset lifecycle management is a critical aspect in optimising your Return of Assets. Companies are facing the challenges of meeting the needs of various stakeholders across multiple departments and functions geographically while keeping their costs in check. Apart from learning the fundamentals of the asset lifecycle and O&M, you will also be taught on the processes to optimise your Return on Assets.
The 2-day course will focus on both theories and practical aspects of the lifecycle management. It is suitable for people assuming both managerial as well as operational roles. During the course, you will have a chance to have hands-on procedures to practice on major topics covered in the course as a way to reinforce your learning.

PM Optimisation
- To learn how to optimise your maintenance works to help reduce maintenance costs and increase equipment availability
Service Level Agreement
- To develop Service Level Agreements to ensure compliance and also to maintain your work’s quality and consistency to align with your operational goals
Practical
- To have hands-on experience on topics covered in the course to reinforce learning
Case Study
- To walk through with learners a case study in asset management with the aim of providing useful insights for the learners

SkillsFuture Series Course Funding
In order to be eligible for the 70% training grant awarded by SkillsFuture, applicants (and/or their sponsoring organisations where applicable) must:
- Be a Singaporean Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident or LTVP+ Holder
- Not receive any other funding from government sources in respect of the actual grant disbursed for the programme
SkillsFuture Mid-Career Enhanced Subsidy
To be eligible for the 90% enhanced subsidy awarded, applicants (and/or their sponsoring organisations where applicable) must:
- Be a Singaporean Citizen
- Be at least 40 years old
- Not receive any other funding from government sources in respect of the actual grant disbursed for the programme
SIT reserves the right to collect the balance of the programme fees (i.e. the potential grant amount) directly from the applicants (and/or their sponsoring organisations where applicable) should the above requirements not be fulfilled.
