Overview

Business ideas seldom survive first contact with customers. As exciting as an idea may sound, without a disciplined approached towards testing one's business value propositions, it would be futile and high-risk venture. This course invites participants who have a business idea that they would like to have coaching and guidance through the popular "Lean Startup" methodology popularised by Eric Ries. This course is a hands-on workshop where participants will put into immediate practice to learn about customers. Participants would be encouraged to think big and lean simultaneously.
