Retrenched? – Re-enter the hospitality industry with our Executive Leadership Program in Hospitality Transformation. If you are a professional in the hotels, casinos, amusement parks, restaurants, events, cruises, entertainment and other tourism related services, this is an invitation to join the Singapore Institute of Technology - SGUnited Skills programme - Executive Leadership for Hospitality Transformation.

The hospitality industry comprising professionals in the hotels, casinos, amusement parks, restaurants, events, cruises, entertainment and other tourism related services are facing an unprecedented set of challenges today arising from the Covid-19 pandemic. Even with the gradual easing for travel & social gathering restrictions, the hospitality industry must wrestle with the lack of tourists’ arrivals and local consumption.

More than ever, the entire industry must rethink its business model and adjust course to stay relevant and seize opportunities. Operating models will need to take into consideration new hybrid models of online and physical consumption with its loyal customers as tourism may never recover completely. Such turnaround and recovery are urgently required as businesses embrace the new realities to ride through this pandemic.

With the above in mind, SIT gathered a team of Professors with extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. With Covid-19 pandemic, we came together to asked: "What can we do to help our fellow industry colleagues who have been impacted". Over the last few months, we conceptualised this program with the aim to support those in need to tie through this period while providing pivotal and much needed skillsets that we hope will enable you to re-enter the industry and prepare you to effectively lead teams and organisations with the courage and creativity.
