Overview

This 3-day practical and effective course covering Chemical & Process Engineering concepts is for scientists and managers working in the chemical process, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and oil & gas industries. Participants will be equipped with a good understanding of the chemical & process engineering concepts and basic design of process equipment that will help participants interact more effectively and efficiently with engineers and process units.

Participants will receive a complete set of course materials that will serve as a valuable reference for you back on the job. The notes include solved problems that can be directly applied to applications, lists of references and tables of data.

SkillsFuture Funding

To be eligible for the 70% training grant awarded, applicants (and/or their sponsoring organisations where applicable) must:
  1. Be a Singaporean Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident
  2. Not receive any other funding from government sources in respect of the actual grant disbursed for the programme

SkillsFuture Mid-Career Enhanced Subsidy

To be eligible for the 90% enhanced subsidy awarded, applicants (and/or their sponsoring organisations where applicable) must:
  1. Be a Singaporean Citizen
  2. Be at least 40 years old
  3. Not receive any other funding from government sources in respect of the actual grant disbursed for the programme

SIT reserves the right to collect the balance of the programme fees (i.e. the potential grant amount) directly from the applicants (and/or their sponsoring organisations where applicable) should the above requirements not be fulfilled.
