Overview

Following this January seminar on “Challenges in Design and Construction of High Strength Steel Structures”, this upcoming seminar on 23 October will showcase how such challenges can be addressed through “Innovative Design and Construction of Composite Steel-Concrete Structures”.

Accompanied by the book launch on “Design of High Strength Steel Reinforced Concrete (SRC) Columns – A Eurocode 4 Approach” by Professor Chiew Sing Ping and launch of the TTJ Design Handbook on HISTEEL, this technical seminar will highlight how more innovative composite steel-concrete structures can be designed using higher strength S690 steel, GR600 rebars and C90/105 concrete materials.

Join us at this half-day Civil Engineering Technical Seminar where you will hear from prominent industry speakers from the Building and Construction Authority, leading consultant, contractor and specialist supplier sharing their experiences on a range of interesting topics on latest regulatory requirements, case study, innovative design, as well as construction and welding issues.

This seminar is jointly organised by SITLEARN Professional Development and TTJ Design and Engineering Pte. Ltd.
