Overview

Rehabilitation exercises play an important role in the recovery from chronic physical health conditions such as knee osteoarthritis, cervical and lumbar spine spondylosis, and shoulder instability.

This two-day interactive workshop will enhance participants’ clinical reasoning in developing and prescribing exercises at different stages of rehabilitation. The workshop focuses on the directional preference approach, exercise progression and regression, clinical reasoning, as well as case studies. The hands-on practical activities throughout these workshop sessions will break away from the norms of didactic teaching and promote a fun learning experience.
