Overview
The role of a modern supervisor is multi-faceted and versatile. They do not make all the decisions by themselves or perform all tasks without the assistance of others. Rather, the modern supervisor harnesses their resources in a comprehensive manner in order to perform the job effectively. An effective supervisor needs to communicate, motivate, and develop their subordinates through effective coaching.
This 2-day course will explore key concepts of coaching in addition to other issues like team work, managing diversity, and maintaining trust among team members. It will focus on synergistic energy that is critical to higher productivity and a more harmonious working environment. Participants will engage in conflict management exercises and learn specific coaching steps and processes to ensure a smooth transition.
