Overview
In this 5-day course, energy managers, engineers and facility managers will learn about energy-efficient operations and monitoring techniques for compressed air systems. This course will provide participants with both theoretical knowledge and practical experience on topics relevant to compressed air system audit and analysis.

Certificate and Assessment
A Certificate of Participation will be issued to participants who:
- Attend 75% of the course
- Undertake non-credit bearing assessment (during course)

- Compressor types and controls
- Compressed air auxiliary equipment
Day 2
- Types of air compressors, controls and cooling system
- Dimensioning and servicing compressor installations
- Economy
- Part A - Energy efficiency improving opportunities
Day 3
- Part B – energy efficiency assessment and improvement
- Planning EE assessment of compressed air system and methodology
- Parameters and their determination
- Initial data collection and evaluation
- Analysis of data from assessment
- Reporting and documentation of assessment findings
Day 4
Day 5
- Hands on approach to analyse data from assessment using MS excel reporting and documentation of assessment findings

SkillsFuture Funding
In order to be eligible for the 70% training grant awarded by SkillsFuture, applicants (and/or their sponsoring organisations where applicable) must:
- Be a Singaporean Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident or LTVP+ Holder
- Not receive any other funding from government sources in respect of the actual grant disbursed for the programme
SkillsFuture Mid-Career Enhanced Subsidy
To be eligible for the 90% enhanced subsidy awarded, applicants (and/or their sponsoring organisations where applicable) must:
- Be a Singaporean Citizen
- Be at least 40 years old
- Not receive any other funding from government sources in respect of the actual grant disbursed for the programme
SIT reserves the right to collect the balance of the programme fees (i.e. the potential grant amount) directly from the applicants (and/or their sponsoring organisations where applicable) should the above requirements not be fulfilled.
