In recent years, energy efficiency and conservation have been an increasingly popular topic all around the world. The conservation of energy is important considering the unprecedented level of global warming resulting in climate change across the world. Governments around the world, including Singapore, have committed to reducing the Green House Gas emission, the main cause behind global warming. To achieve the target set by the Singapore government in the Paris climate summit, the Singapore government has introduced various energy efficiency and awareness training to entice companies to join onboard.
This 2-day workshop will equip participants with a basic understanding of energy efficiency in various systems and energy audits. It will also educate participants on the various government agencies grant available for energy efficiency projects.
