Overview

Organisations spend a sizeable portion of their budgets on capital assets. It is therefore absolutely necessary that organisations extract maximum value from these assets, enough to cover their depreciation and more. In this course, you will learn Lean tools that will help you to optimise the utilisation of your assets. This course is also relevant for organisations without any capital assets as the Lean tools can be applied as well to daily operations and processes to achieve higher outputs.
