Overview

THE LEAN WAY TO ACHIEVE THE PERFECT PROCESS

Work is basically made up of processes. Optimization of these processes will therefore lead to better work outcomes.
In this course, participants learn to map work processes clearly, spot problematic areas and identify opportunities for improvement.
We will demonstrate how Value Stream Mapping and Swim Lanes can significantly reduce lead times and speed up delivery of products and services to your customers. A brief session on data analysis is also included in the programme. At the end of the course, participants will be equipped with Lean skills that can be applied across various industries.
